And it takes less than 3 minutes to whip up and fills you up to the top. If you’re not a morning person (such as yours truly), then preparing the night before or a week in advance will do you good.
I used Allmax Nutrition Isonatural Protein Vanilla flavor for this because it doesn’t give off that funky protein powder smell and it’s great to mix foods with. I’ve literally tried a lot of brands and the smell refrains me from drinking it. And if I do try it, I want to puke it out and sometimes… I do.

Yogurt Protein Powder aka THE Best Breakfast for Weight Loss & Energy -Yields 1 serving
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt
- 1 scoop Allmax Nutrition Isonatural Protein Vanilla flavor
- raspberries
- walnuts
- *Optional: cinnamon powder
Just mix the powder and greek yogurt really well until you don’t see any powder left. This takes about less than 1 minute but again, it depends on the brand. Then, all you have to do is add in raspberries and walnuts and kapow you’re done!
