Did you know apple cider vinegar helps with weight loss and satiation? There are lots of healthy benefits to organic apple cider vinegar with mother. For example, ACV contains acetic acid which helps control your glucose levels that spike up after you eat your food.
Apple cider vinegar also helps with bowel movements so you can poopity poop and it helps to break down fats rather than storing them. Also, ACV improves blood circulation and helps to detoxify the liver.
It’s crucial that you get organic apple cider vinegar with ‘mother’ because thats where the magic happens. If your ACV is in a glass bottle, like the Braggs brand, you can find the mother that is settling at the bottom -it looks like a cobweb-white cloudy substance. This is why, I stress the importance of mixing the bottle so you can fully maximize ALL the health benefits.
There are two types of drinks that can help you in your journey in weight loss. The first method is super easy but its for those brave souls because its not sweet at all. The second method is similar to the first one but targeted towards those that have a sweet tooth.
I recommend that you use a small cup because that’s one of the first thing you will drink in the morning and I don’t want you to go to the washroom all the time especially if you’re working or at school. Also ACV is very acidic so I recommend you to use a straw so you don’t damage your tooth enamel.
So first off, shake the bottle extremely well. Place in 2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar in a cup and dilute it with water and if you want to boost your metabolism, add in a dash of cayenne pepper. Grab a straw, mix it well and drink it up!
Now on to the second drink! For this version, you will need organic apple cider vinegar, cinnamon, cayenne pepper and unsweetened apple juice.
Place in 2 tablespoons of ACV, add in the pure apple juice. I actually used fresh apples and juiced them with my Jack La Lanne juicer. Add in a dash of cinnamon and cayenne pepper. (then you can) Stir it up and drink it with your straw.
